In addition to our retail sales area, A Lasting Touch has a full furniture restoration shop on site which handles furniture repairs, refinishing, and restoration for all of your cherished family treasures. We are also pleased to offer handcrafted chair caning and seat weaving in a wide array of styles to fit the needs of almost any type chair. The best part of all is our restoration and cane shop is open to the public and we encourage our customers to stop in during normal business hours to chat, ask questions, and check the progress of a piece we are currently working on. Our retail display area has older found treasures and quality used antiques, vintage items & some modern pieces. Most of the items for sale are acquired from local estate sales and antique auctions. Some of the pieces are even old family items that need to find a new loving home. On display any given day, you will find aprons, armoires, baskets of all sizes, bedroom sets, books (some first editions), fine china, costume jewelry, crystal glassware, depression glassware, dining tables, dolls, lamps, rhinestone tiaras, salt & pepper sets, side tables, tea pots & tea services, thimbles, trunks, upholstered chairs and a whole lot more!
